  Needed two new tubeless tires for my Downhill bike, ended up getting Maxxis High Roller II tires. I provided the tubeless glue and new valves for the rim.

  I accepted this and took my bike home, however, every time I rode the bike I had to refill the tires with air to ensure they would grip and handle the terrain properly. One week when I was busy with uni I didn't get to ride my bike and by the end of the week the bike tires were empty, so I decided to take the bike back in to get the tires repaired. They did this, but at the end of it insisted on charging me a further 20$ for the new rim tape (which just weeks before I bought new as part of the instalment of tires.)
