    Used sticky wax instead of hard way for a Brazilian wax..... bit more painful, staff was lovely though.

    I got my eyebrows waxed here and they ended up burning the skin under my eyebrows, then they said I should have asked for a sensitive wax, didn't even apologize and I still ended up paying $20 for it. Last time I go here...

    Rude as and over priced recommend going to a tattoo parlour or piercing specialist not these know it all beauty drop outs.

    A bit disappointed that I called today at 3.15pm asking to book in for a half leg of wax at 4pm to be told they are closing at 4pm (despite website stating 5pm) I was told "sorry we close earlier on winter months". If that was my business I would of welcomed the customer with open arms!!
