    Im using an alias because Im worried about shire "pay back". I live in Gidgegannup and the shire of swan are price gaugers. They Increase the rates and DO NOTHING for Gidge, apart from hang their flags. The silent majority despise their rate increases, their over zealous parking rangers in their shopping centres and their rate increases are to die for. Oh yes they cut back on their tip passes too!!! The new CEO must be on commission and the rates for next year are out of this world, just wait for the new increase.Take out a personal loan to pay for next years increase. My written complaints are conveniently ignored. Yes I have had enough of this council, Im not a fan.
