  Love the store layout and homewares, but the highlight is the staff. Always accommodating and pleasant, and I really like the few regular staff they put at the door greeting customers, they are genuine and very helpful.

  You get friendlier and more efficient service in Centrelink then you do here. Might be a good hiring practise to screen for people who actually want to work in the service/retail industry.

  Unfriendly staff with attitude and no smile. Talking about the male at lay-by/returns counter. Returned items 4 days after the "we've got really strict with our 28 day returns policy" and got told not only could i not have a refund but also that i would be given a store coupon for the price it scanned at which was much lower than it was 32 days earlier. And he's not the only one. Have received bad unfriendly service from others there as well. Not a nice store to shop at i find.
