  Very friendly staff, family feel, no high pressure sales people. Equipment a little on the older side but very good quality and well maintained. Not too busy- never wait for equipment. Excellent, spacious crèche a lifesaver- just wish open longer! Good parking.

  The gym has a Spa, Sauna & Steam Room, which is awesome after a hard workout!

  I recently checked the website and there prices for membership have dropped! Only one reason I can't give it 5 stars, closes at 9PM so its not 24/7, but it is understandable because of the other facilities that the gym offers. Might pop in on and off day!

  I believe they also have a group fitness center, however I've never used it.

  They also have a supplement store when you first walk in the door, I haven't checked the prices but from memory they were average.

  Good Solid Gym, I went last year on some of my off days, just paid for each session, it was around $20 something, however because this gym is close to my home it was easy to get to.

  Awesome gym in Midland. Classes are not busy and there is always free equipment. Sauna, spa and steam room facilities too.
