  Great couple own the joint. I've been going there on occasion for the past 10 years. While the place still looks mostly the same, they have an awesome range of films. I inquired about an old film once but they didn't have it. I got a text about a week late saying that they had bought it so I could watch it. That's good customer service in my opinion.

  We have been hiring DVDs from here for about 4 years now, and there been a few occasions the male owner hasn't been pleasant. First I accidentally left the over nighter DVD in the player and asked if I could some how extend it as I was flying out to work. The thing is I dropped that DVD off at 5 am on the way to drop my partner off at the airport, the owner knew I didn't put the DVD in yet never rang to tell us and this was 1pm that afternoon. The male owner just wanted to charge me instead wasn't helpful at all.

  Second there been a few times new movies hadn't played and we tried on our PlayStation and laptop but was to scratchy, we asked for a refund and refused we asked for another copy and he refused, my partner said he was rude about the whole situation. To be honest I don't know how they are still in business. I can see why people just stream everything. He needs an attitude adjustment.

  I've been a regular for about a year and think it's a great store with a great range of movies and tv shows. The owners are lovely and have always been friendly to me and my family. Have always called me to let me know when a dvd I wanted has come in and they would always hold it for me.
